ALL-EMBRACING Rugby Football Academy, founded in June 2019, is a pioneer and leader of rugby football education in Tianjin. During 2021-2022, it successively initiated the establishment of Tianjin Jinghai District Rugby Football Association and Tianjin Rugby Football Association. In November 2022, it became the "Youth Training　Center" of TRFA.

The Youth Training Center has been committed to the popularization and promotion of school rugby programs. It has maintained cooperation with Tianjin universities, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and constantly promoted the development and echelon construction of campus rugby programs, the selection of team members and the organization of competitions.

Curriculum：

We follow the 4C teaching goal, and we are committed to helping children make progress in these four areas:

1. Competence, ability as a competitive sports athlete.

2. Confidence that meets both the requirements of sports programs and life.

3. Connection, to actively establish and maintain contact with others.

4. Character Moral acts such as compassion and respect are collectively referred to as character.

By learning rugby, we hope that the children can have the five qualities of "Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect", and become citizens with an international vision.
